Security isn't an add-on; it's the foundation of our architecture.
Your Data is Yours. Period.
We use a secure Supabase database, Supabase storage, and a custom backend API for all operations — crypto wallet top-ups, payment verification, account delivery (Telegram aged/new accounts, Instagram aged accounts), and order tracking. We collect only the minimum data required to fulfil your order.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use third-party tracking pixels. Analytics are anonymized and self-hosted.
Supabase & Custom Backend
We use Supabase for secure database and storage, paired with a custom backend API that handles all operations — wallet top-ups, crypto payment processing, account delivery, and order management. No raw data is ever exposed to the frontend.
Secure Payment & Delivery
In-site crypto payments are processed via third-party payment provider APIs and stored securely in Supabase. Delivered accounts (Telegram, Instagram) appear only in your dashboard. We do not log or retain credentials from delivered accounts beyond the transaction.
Zero-Knowledge Credentials
We do not store your passwords. For recovery or verification services that require access, credentials are used once in an ephemeral session and immediately purged. Username-only services (e.g. Instagram Meta Verification, WhatsApp Unban) require no credentials whatsoever.
Right to Erasure
You can request full deletion of your account, transaction history, wallet records, and contact details at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Telegram. We will process the request promptly.
What Data We Collect
- Account info: Email address used for registration and login (via Supabase Auth).
- Wallet & transactions: Crypto top-up amounts, payment provider references, and purchase records for account orders.
- Delivered accounts: Telegram and Instagram account details are stored temporarily in your dashboard and accessible only to you.
- Off-site services: For verification, unbans, and SMM arranged via DM — only your username or minimal contact info is handled. No credentials are retained.
- Session data: Essential cookies for authentication and CSRF protection only. No invasive third-party tracking.
- Support contact: Messages via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Telegram are used solely for resolving your request.
Cookie Usage
We use essential cookies for session management and CSRF protection only. We do not use invasive third-party tracking pixels (e.g. Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics with user tracking) that follow you across the web. Any analytics we use are anonymized and self-hosted.
